I have a question but I do not know whom to ask.

Prospects

I am interested in more than one apartment; do I have to fill out multiple applications?

No, we can make a note on your application about which units you are interested in. For the application just indicate your first choice.

Do I have to pay the application fee?

You do not have to pay the application fee until your application has been Pre-Approved. Each person over 18 will need to pay an application fee, this covers the cost of a credit & background check for each adult.

Can I get my application fee refunded?

All application fees are non-refundable.

Tenants

I am a resident and I want to pay my rent online. How do I do that?

First you will need to contact the office to make sure we have all the necessary information. Then we can email you the instructions and answer any questions you might have.

I want to pay my rent, but I don’t want to do online payments. What are my options?

You can call the office and select option 2 to make a payment over the phone. You can put your payment in the drop box at the office, or you can mail* the payment to the office at CMPM 571 Sabattus St. Suite 14 Lewiston, ME 04240.

*If you chose to mail your payments please keep in mind the severe delay in the mail, and we are not responsible if your rent arrives late. So, please plan accordingly.

I have an issue that needs to be addressed by maintenance. What do I do?

For all maintenance requests we ask that you call the office and select option 3. If it is an emergency select option 9.

It’s after office hours or on the weekend, but I have a maintenance emergency. What do I do?

Call the office and select option 9. Then leave a message with your name, address, and a brief description of what your emergency is.
